一、從5月30日開始到6月15日下午初中學(xué)業(yè)考試結(jié)束，各高中學(xué)校周圍500米范圍內(nèi)從晚上8點(diǎn)到次日早晨8點(diǎn)，禁止所有建筑施工和沖床沖壓作業(yè)；生產(chǎn)、生活、文化娛樂(lè)、商業(yè)慶典等活動(dòng)不得產(chǎn)生超過(guò)環(huán)境噪聲限值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的噪聲，居民宿舍區(qū)、學(xué)校、機(jī)關(guān)等所在區(qū)域，白天噪音不得高于55分貝，夜間不得高于45分貝。

三、在此期間，住建局、綜合行政執(zhí)法局、市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管局、環(huán)保局、教體局等職能部門，將按照各自的職責(zé)范圍和管理權(quán)限加強(qiáng)巡查，并歡迎社會(huì)各界進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和舉報(bào)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)違反停工規(guī)定或超標(biāo)產(chǎn)生噪聲的單位和個(gè)人，將按照《中華人民共和國(guó)噪聲污染防治法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，勒令其停止施工和生產(chǎn)，并給予嚴(yán)厲的經(jīng)濟(jì)處罰。
